1. All the workouts will be trained and monitored by Mr. MATHAN KUMAR (Bsc, PG. Fitness management) From Athira Super Gym
2. If any doubts related to the challenge you will have live support at Call / Whatsapp 99443 13190
3. Refunds will be not given if the participant is quitting or eliminated.
4. Every workouts will be registered and guided.

#15DAYS TOTAL FITNESS PROGRAM ( 30MINS WORKOUT )

1st Batch : 4:30pm to 5:00pm
2nd Batch 5:00pm to 5:30pm
3rd Batch 5:30pm to 6:00pm

AGE BELOW 15 :

Fun fitness session includes lots of balancing workouts, co-ordination workouts , animal walks.

Challenge Goals : wall handstand, Y scale, aeroplane balance,balancing shoe on feet .

AGE BELOW 30:

Session includes General fitness,Circuit workouts , flexibility workouts, animal flow workouts with proper warm up and warm down, dynamic and static stretches.

CHALLENGE GOALS : wall handstand,wear T shirt in wall handstand, balancing shoe on feet.

AGE ABOVE 30 :

Session includes General fitness, dynamic and static stretches through Yoga (Asanas& pranayama), Balancing workouts.

CHALLENGE GOALS : wall handstand,more than 60 sec hold in Asana , balancing shoe on feet.

The above challenges are just make yourself to test your limits and keeping you motivated by staying fit and healthy ..
