ATHLETE HUNT

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Sports Land (a leading sports shop) in TamilNadu has launched ATHLETE HUNT , for the first time with the aim of identifying and supporting young athletic Talents. This year it would be a DISTRICT LEVEL ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIP at Nehru Stadium , Coimbatore on October 20th , 2022.

*Under 8 Boys / Girls*
50mts , Softball Throw , Standing Long Jump

*Under 10 Boys / Girls*
75mts ,200mts , softball throw , Standing Long Jump , 4 x 75mts shuttle relay.

*U12 Boys / Girls*
100mts , 300mts , Long Jump , High Jump , Softball throw , 4x75mts shuttle relay.

*U14 Boys / Girls*
100mts, 300mts , 600mts , Long Jump, High Jump , Shot Put , 4x100mts relay.

*U16 Boys/Girls*
100mts , 300mts , 1500mts , Long Jump , High Jump , Shot Put , 4×100mts relay.

*U18 Boys/Girls*
100mts , 400mts , 1500mts , Long Jump, High Jump , Shot Put , 4x100mts relay , 4×200mts Mixed Relay.

*DATE OF BIRTH*

*EVENTS*
* An Athlete can participate in any 2 events and one relay only (excluding Mixed relay).

*AGE PROOF*
All athletes should produce their Original Aadhar card / School ID , failing which he / she will be disqualified.

*ENTRY FEES*
Entry fee per athlete is Rs.100.

*MARCH PAST*
* March Past is compulsory for all Team entries and Individual entries .

*MEDALS AND CERTIFICATES*

* Medals and Merit Certificates will be awarded for Athletes securing 1st three positions .

*Participation Certificates will be provided for all Participants.

*CHAMPIONSHIP*

*Individual Championship Boys and Girls section separately will be awarded.

* Latest AFI rules will be followed .
