Refunds and Cancellelation Policy

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Organizer. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.

 

It is the responsibility of the Organizer to communicate its refund policy to the Company and to issue refunds to the users via the Website.

 

In case of Event Cancellation, a non-refundable fee of 4.71% will be charged by ticket9 from the Organizer(s)

 

An Organizer shall ensure that its refund policy is consistent with the terms of these Terms and the payment and refund mechanics of the website. The Website permits an Organizer to issue refunds to the users / Company, provided the refund is issued by Organizer within 6 (Six) days from the end date of an event for the underlying ticket purchase.

 

All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Organizer and the User, and the Company will not be responsible or liable for, and Organizer hereby agrees to fully indemnify the Company and its affiliates for, refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds in connection with the payment.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

 

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

 

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

Fees Payment and Fees Changes

Ticket9 Event Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge fees for any of the features of theticket9.com including fees for listing fees and transactions based on criteria published by theticket9.com. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the services.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: The Service Provider will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site. Ticket9 charges for a transaction are

 INR – 4% of the amount

Cancelled/Postponed Events:

Tickets are allowed to be cancelled 24 hours prior to start time of Event. You can make the request for Ticket cancellation to Ticket 9’s support team or directly to Event Organizers. The Refund on cancellation of tickets are subject to be determined by Event Organizers and vary from Event to Event. We would recommend users to read Terms & Conditions of every Event before booking the tickets.
