1. Access to our Services

• Use of the Services by User following such notification constitutes User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement as modified. User certifies to Ticket 9 that if User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation) User is at least 18 years of age and able to legally enter into contracts.
• The terms ‘service’ or ‘services’ would mean to include the interactive online solutions & information services offered by Ticket 9 on the internet/mobile through which the user may access information carried by Ticket 9 in the database maintained by it.
• You agree not to copy, sell, resell, duplicate any part of Ticket 9 services & solutions for commercial purposes.
• These Terms of Service sets out the legally binding terms of your use of Ticket 9 and your membership in Ticket 9 and may be modified by Ticket 9 at any time and without prior notice, such modifications to be effective upon posting Ticket 9 on the website. In the event of any inconsistency between our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use nor access our services.

2. Event Organizer Terms

• Ticket 9 offers organizers a web-based solution to organize events and meetings, to sell tickets or provide online Attendee Registration solutions via the Ticket 9 Websites for events of the organizer to customers by using Ticket 9 to take on the payment process. In detail Ticket 9 provides the following services to the organizer (each an “Ticket 9 -Service”):
• A web-based software on the Ticket 9 -websites to organize events and to sell tickets of the organizer for these events to ticket buyers.

3. Payment and Fees

• Ticket9 products & services are available on the basis of transaction model, as per the requirements of customers.
• Ticket9 will be responsible only for the taxes applicable on Ticket9 Fees (including TS fee, PG fee and fixed ticket charge). Organizer will bear the full responsibility of the taxes applicable on ticket price and Ticket9 can not be held accountable for any inaccurate information provided by organizer.

4. iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

5. Content Liability

The Site is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to Indian copyright laws, international conventions, and other applicable copyright laws. Ticket9 reserves the right, in its sole discretion with or without cause, at any point of time, to remove any content from the Site it deems to be in violation of any applicable laws. Users are encouraged to report any objectionable material or inappropriate behavior to the Site Administrator immediately. If the Site Administrator receives report of any objectionable material and/or inappropriate behaviour on the part of a User,Ticket9 has the right to remove such content immediately and prevent User’s access to the Site.

7. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. 8.Removal of links from our website

• If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Ticket9 may also terminate or suspend any and all Services and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if it deems appropriate for any reason whatsoever and/or if User breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Termination of your Ticket9 Account includes elimination of access to the Service, deletion of your Account information such as your e-mail ID and Password and deletion of data in your Member Account as permitted or required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• You agree that Ticket9 shall, in no event, be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive or other loss or damage whatsoever or for the loss of business profits, business interruptions, computer failure, loss of business information, or other loss arising out of or caused by your use of or inability to use this website, even if Ticket 9 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
• In no event shall TICKET9 be liable with respect to the site or the services (i) for any amount in the aggregate in excess of the fees paid by user therefore; or (ii) for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

11.Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the High Court of Judicature at Madras shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising out of this Agreement. Both parties agree that this Agreement, Ticket9’s Privacy Statement, and other policies posted by Ticket9 on the Site are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. All modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and User does not have any authority of any kind to bind Ticket9 in any respect whatsoever. Ticket9reserves its right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time as it deems fit.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
